9. Get enough sleep

10. Apply cucumber slices to the eye

It is recommended to place cucumber slices on the eyes, as this helps reduce eye fatigue and swelling.

Cucumber slices can be placed for 10-15 minutes before bed, and green tea bags can be used and placed under the eyes in order to protect them and reduce inflammation and puffiness.
