Tips for tired eye care
When you look at a TV screen or a computer monitor for a long time, the rays of light that run continuously are very tiring for the human eye. Normally, a person blinks 20 times a minute and the iris is moisturized. But when you look closely at the screen, the eyes blink 3 times less, the cornea dries out and there is a burning sensation in the eye.
The following actions are recommended to help tired eyes:
1. Blink your eyes frequently for 30 seconds, and for the next half minute just look ahead. Repeat this 3 times.
2. Close your eyes and move your eyes in a circle. Repeat this 4 times.
3. Close your eyes and look up and down. Repeat this 8 times
4. Close your eyes tightly for a few seconds, then open them wide. Repeat this 5 times.
The ophthalmologist recommends simple exercises several times a day to relax the eyes:
1. Sit in a chair and place your elbows on the table
2. Shake your hands and release your fingers and wrists
3. Rub your palms together until your hands are warm
4. Put your head on your hands and close your eyes with your palms. Both fingers should intersect at the forehead, be completely relaxed and squeeze the eyes. The palms should cover the eyes like a dome.
5. Feel the darkness. For the comfort of the eyes in the dark, rhodopsin is formed in the retina of the eye.
6. Take your hand over your eyes and feel the difference between the brightness of the light and the temperature.
