How to take care of the eyes in a natural way
Make sure to blink your eyes regularly, to keep your eyes healthy and prevent fatigue. It should be noted that the rate of involuntary closing of the eyes (blinking movement) of computer users is lower than their peers, and therefore they have to practice closing and opening the eye (blinking) every 3 to 4 seconds.

1- Wash your hands

8- Don’t ignore your eye problems
If you have any problem with your eyes, don’t ignore it. Act immediately and consult an ophthalmologist. This action will prevent any major problems in the future.
