Food Allergy
Food allergy is when your immune system overreacts to a food or a substance in the food, and when that substance is identified as a danger, the body switches to protection and an allergic reaction occurs. Food allergy symptoms can be mild or severe. However, food that causes mild symptoms can also cause severe symptoms later on. Many foods can cause an allergic reaction. For example, many variables such as milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, fish, tomatoes can cause an allergic reaction. However, not everyone who reacts to a particular food has an allergy. It could also be a food intolerance. Food intolerance is not related to immunity. Symptoms of food allergy include; vomiting, stomach cramps, wheezing, hives, recurrent cough, swelling of the throat, swelling of the tongue, low pulse, dizziness, feeling faint.
